EU camp - "Youth of Europe - My body", Umag (Croatia)

The team of "Education centre" this year, as for the last two, participated in the project of EU "Youth of Europe 2006". The project was held near Umag, Istra, Croatia. This year's theme was "My body" with very interesting workshops from which highlight the yoga, massage, body painting, Afro-workshop (African music and dancing) and many others. Thirteen days of participating with seven other European nations (Austria, France, Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Macedonia) was a really pleasant experience. Beside already existing workshops, creative students came up with fun things to do: playing water polo in the mud, drove carting, made traditional food at "La festa", participated at triathlon, military exercises and many other things. The place where we were staying was excellent: Beach-houses, palms, the Sun, the sea and swings. And in the end, here we are, getting back to our usual life with sadness in our hearts and with nice memories of our new friends, excellent time we had and with hope that we will somewhere, somehow meet again.
Visit us, maybe you will also come with us next time.
